3rrd Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3rrd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 3rrd website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the Platform. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products available on 3rrd, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, esports), live casino, slots, table games and any promotional activity or loyalty programme.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3rrd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or account suspension on 3rrd.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner and authorised user of the payment methods linked to your account.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a 3rrd employee or business partner.

Registration requires providing a valid email address and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth. 3rrd may require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage — particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within three months.

3. Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on 3rrd. If we identify that a person holds multiple accounts — whether identified by the same name, email, phone number, payment method, device, IP address or physical address — all accounts may be closed and any outstanding balances may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. This includes choosing a strong password and not sharing your account access with any other person. 3rrd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. We will place your account under temporary suspension while the matter is investigated.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a password unique to 3rrd — do not reuse passwords from other sites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 3rrd are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and may be subject to external delays outside of 3rrd's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure and is not intended as an obstacle — it is a one-time process for most accounts.

• You may only withdraw funds from your real money balance, not from active bonus balances subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
• 3rrd does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If your withdrawal is rejected by your payment provider, the funds will be returned to your 3rrd account balance.
• 3rrd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3rrd offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 3rrd promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are completed.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• 3rrd reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Placing opposing bets ("arbing") to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.
• VIP cashback is calculated on monthly net losses and credited at the start of the following month. It does not apply to funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without wagering activity.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 3rrd covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports and other sports as listed on the Platform. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type.

• Bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. Late bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 3rrd's discretion.
• In-play ("live") betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event to update odds or due to technical reasons. Bets accepted before a suspension remains valid.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the specific sport rules.
• For cricket: matches must reach a definitive result or a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern determination for bets to stand, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits apply on individual markets. These limits are shown within the bet placement interface and may vary by sport and market.
• 3rrd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Where odds are clearly incorrect, affected bets will be settled at the corrected price or voided with stakes returned.

7. Casino & Slots

All casino and slot games on 3rrd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game publisher. Results are statistically independent on every round and cannot be influenced by 3rrd or the player. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel.

3rrd acts as a platform facilitator for third-party game content. Any technical malfunction during a game session — such as disconnection, game freeze or server interruption — will be handled as follows: where the outcome was determined before the malfunction, the result stands; where a malfunction prevented a valid game round from completing, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Game results produced during any period of technical fault will be investigated before settlement is confirmed.
• Attempting to exploit a software glitch or known game error to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in winnings from such sessions being voided.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Large jackpot amounts may require additional identity confirmation.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

3rrd is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, winnings forfeiture and possible permanent ban:

• Use of automated bots, macros, scripting tools or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonuses.
• Match-fixing, insider information usage or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Abuse of bonus offers through coordinated multi-accounting, VPN usage or other methods designed to claim promotions beyond the intended single-player entitlement.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using funds obtained through fraud, theft or money laundering to fund an account.

9. Responsible Gaming

3rrd takes responsible gaming seriously. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after playing for a set period of time to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, no new account can be opened and any attempt to circumvent the exclusion will result in immediate account closure and return of any remaining balance.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account on 3rrd, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

3rrd collects personal information — including your name, email address, date of birth, payment details and device/IP information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data you provide may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data sharing is carried out under appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

3rrd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Involvement in or suspected involvement in fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks.
• Detection of problem gambling behaviours where the Platform deems it necessary to act in the player's best interest.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, remaining real money balances (excluding active uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Changes to These Terms

3rrd may update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a notice within the Platform. The effective date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any update to these Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
