Registration & Account

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and a password. The process takes under two minutes. Once registered, you'll receive a verification message on your email or mobile to confirm your contact details. Full KYC (identity documents) is required before your first withdrawal but is not needed to explore the platform or make your first deposit.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 3rrd. This is a firm requirement — not a checkbox you can skip. Age is verified during the KYC process. Any account confirmed to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately, winnings are voided, and any real-money deposits are returned. 3rrd is strictly an adult entertainment platform.

No. Each person is limited to one active 3rrd account. Creating duplicate accounts — using a different email or phone number — breaches the Terms and Conditions. All accounts belonging to the same person will be closed and balances may be forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option on the Login page rather than registering a new account.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number and you'll receive a reset code or link. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If the reset message doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you've lost access to your registered email and mobile number, contact 3rrd support via live chat to verify your identity and regain access.

Standard KYC requires a valid national identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of your current address. A clear photo or scan of your CNIC — front and back — is typically sufficient for identity verification. Proof of address can be a recent utility bill, bank statement or official document showing your name and address. Documents should be current and clearly readable. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
Deposits & Withdrawals

3rrd supports deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All amounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion. The available methods and minimum deposit amounts are shown in the Cashier section of your account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your 3rrd account balance within a few minutes of completion. Raast transfers are similarly fast during banking hours. Direct bank transfers can take 1–3 business hours depending on your bank. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history under the Cashier tab. If there's still a discrepancy, contact support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app.

Go to the Cashier section in your account and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm the request. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-fraud practice. KYC must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Raast and bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order they are received. If your KYC is already verified and your account is in good standing, the internal review is usually quick. Your withdrawal status is visible in the Cashier section at all times.

3rrd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges — this is outside 3rrd's control. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account for their applicable rates. All balances and transactions on 3rrd are handled in PKR with no conversion fees from our side.
Sports Betting & Cricket

Cricket is the main focus — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Test matches and major global tournaments like the T20 World Cup and Asia Cup. Football is also covered, along with esports markets. The Betting section shows all currently available sports and upcoming fixtures with their live odds.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available for cricket matches including PSL games and international fixtures. Odds update ball by ball during live matches. Available in-play markets include next wicket, current over runs, total match runs, top batsman, player milestones and more. The live betting dashboard is accessible from your account once you're logged in.

The settlement rules for abandoned or interrupted matches depend on the specific market and how many overs were completed. Generally, if a match is abandoned before reaching a result threshold — typically a minimum number of overs in T20 and ODI formats — bets are voided and stakes are returned. Full details are in the Betting Rules section of the Terms and Conditions. The outcome of each affected bet is shown in your account's bet history once the match status is confirmed.

Yes. Accumulator bets — also known as parlay or combo bets — allow you to combine multiple selections into a single bet for a larger combined return. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. This includes combining cricket match winners, player props and other available markets. Minimum and maximum bet amounts for accumulators are shown on the bet slip.

RTP (Return to Player) is a long-run statistical percentage showing what proportion of total bets a game pays back over time. A slot with 96% RTP returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered on average over millions of spins — it does not mean you will win 96% of any individual session. Individual sessions can vary widely. A wagering requirement (also called playthrough) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Only certain games contribute fully to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms for the exact percentages.

The VIP programme rewards active players with monthly cashback on net losses — the difference between total bets placed and total winnings over the calendar month. There are three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with a different cashback percentage. Cashback is calculated at the end of the month and credited to your account balance at the start of the following month as withdrawable funds — no wagering requirement on the cashback itself.

VIP tier advancement is based on your total betting and gaming activity volume over a rolling period. The specific monthly activity thresholds for each tier are detailed on the VIP page. Your current tier and progress towards the next level are visible on your account dashboard. Tiers are reviewed monthly — if your activity meets the threshold for a higher tier during the review period, your tier is upgraded and the new cashback rate applies to that month's activity.

Yes. All cashback is credited directly to your 3rrd account balance in PKR. Since the entire platform operates in Pakistani Rupees, there is no conversion involved. The cashback credit appears in your transaction history with a clear description, and the funds are available for betting, casino play or withdrawal immediately upon crediting.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then open the Responsible Gaming section. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. A cooling-off period is a temporary account suspension — from 24 hours up to six weeks. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or bet. It's suitable if you want a short break without a long commitment. Self-exclusion is a more serious step — it closes your account for a minimum of six months with no early reversal option. Self-exclusion is the right choice if you feel your gaming is becoming a problem. Both options are available under Account Settings with no need to contact support.

Stop playing immediately and use the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings to close your account while you take stock. Gaming should only ever be funded from discretionary income — money left over after rent, bills, food and savings. If gaming has been taking money meant for essentials, that is a clear sign to stop. Security & Privacy

All connections to 3rrd use TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Payment details are stored in tokenised form — your full card or wallet credentials are never stored directly on 3rrd servers. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password?" option if your registered email is still accessible. Then contact 3rrd support via live chat and report the suspected unauthorised access, including any transactions you didn't make. The security team will review login activity and can place a temporary hold on the account while the investigation is in progress. Avoid sharing your password with anyone — 3rrd support staff will never ask for it.

Yes. Two-step verification (2FA) is available under Account Security settings. When enabled, a one-time code is sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new or unrecognised device.
